About a month ago, I posted that Chase closed my savings account with no notice, despite there being a small amount of money left in my account.

I was able to get that money in the form of a check (for less than $2) and deposit it straight into my checking account. I wasn’t planning on reopening my account because I have another savings account I use anyway.

Well, imagine my surprise today when I logged into my Chase online account, and all of a sudden my savings account is back.

So weird.

Might have to investigate this some more. Needless to say, I will not be depositing money into that account right now.

 

Has anyone else had anything like this happen with Chase or any other bank?
