My cross country bike ride left from Baltimore and I wanted to come out for a couple days ahead of time to spend some time in the city and so I could go to the 4K for Cancer Tribute dinner two nights before we left. I had some trouble finding a hotel, and ended up going through Priceline’s Name Your Own Price feature to book the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. It ended up working out great because I don’t have status with Marriott, so I wasn’t missing out on any elite benefits, and the amount I saved was more than worth the points I gave up.

Overall staying at this hotel was a good experience. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but the location was great, and the rooms were very nice and clean. The rest of the hotel looked very nice as well. A lot of weddings were going on while I was there too, so obviously a very popular place to hold an event too!
